With a passion for getting the best out of every player and coach he works with, James McCarthy is a highly skilled coach with over 20 years experience in a number of high profile roles, most notably as Manager of the Cardiff City FC Academy.
Having obtained his FAW UEFA A Licence he is a highly qualified individual who has overseen the development of a number of elite level players and coaches, and offers expertise in both a football or classroom setting.
